Training and networking event for interested early career scientists on 26th October at UEA. This will include:
- Students who have already completed a professional internship will discuss what they gained from it, and how make the most of your internship.
- Potential employers will talk about opportunities with their organisation and what they look for in an intern.
- Training activities including how to write a skills-based CV and how to find your own internship by approaching an organisation you would like to work for.
This free event is open to all NERC-facing early career scientists at all ENVEast institutions. Registration is not necessary and you can just turn up on the day, but if you are definitely going to attend please email the UEA internships team with the subject 'PINES event' so we can estimate how much tea & coffee to provide.
